We are keen to gain insights from your experiences. As a result, for all warranty claims covered by our Lifetime Warranty, we ask that you return the faulty product to us for assessment. This process aids in identifying any manufacturing flaws or installation errors, enabling us to consistently enhance our products.

Fortiflexa Lifetime Warranty Policy.

Fortiflexa does not have a time based warranty policy because issues that customers have are always an opportunity to learn. Where a problem has occurred due to incorrect fitting, we have always asked if the reason for the error was due to poor fitting instructions. When a part fails we strive to understand if the part is being used outside of its design parameters. And like all manufacturing we have had the occasional material quality issue and in these cases we have always replaced parts without question.

Term dan conditions :

• The warranty is valid only for product purchased in Indonesia, and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice is required.
• The warranty is based on a 1-on-1 replacement system, which means the warranty is valid for a single claim only.
• The warranty is void if the product is used on vehicles that are not listed in the compatibility list provided in the fitting instructions or installation guide.
• This warranty is limited to product replacement only and does not cover consequential damages (such as installation costs, vehicle repair costs, rental car expenses, loss of income, etc.) that may occur. In the case of a malfunctioning product, we require the product to be returned to us for inspection.
• The warranty does not apply to products used for racing or competition purposes. (Except for products explicitly designed for racing or competition.)
• The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to fire or extreme heat, accidents, disasters, deliberate damage, cuts from sharp objects, or scratches that occur during normal use but do not affect their functionality.
• Fortiflexa or Authorized Fortiflexa Dealer reserves the right to reject Lifetime Warranty claims if there are indications of a violation of the terms and conditions.
